April Housing Market in Tucson, Arizona
The market snapshot for Tucson residential sales showed unit sales are down from March of 2007 to April 2007. The number of unit sold are down by 73 units for the month of April 2007. The average sales price decreased from $277,076 in April 2006 to $276,426 in April 2007. The days on market decreased from 67 days in March to 65 days in April 2007. If you compare this time last year; the average days on market has increased to over 44.44% from April 2006.
The Tucson real estate market seems to be stabilizing! It continues to be a buyers market with many sellers offering to pay buyr’s closing costs.
New construction in Tucson has many buyers taking the bait for fabulous buyer incentives. Now is the time to buy!
