Real People Representing Real Estate reports on the Tucson Housing Market trend for Summer 2007.

The number of active listings since June of 2006 have declined from 8,725 to 8,665 in June 2007. Last month the listing inventory was recorded as high as 9,721 properties on the market.

Our average sales price increased to $298,477 increasing 9.05% from June 2006 to June 2007. It takes longer to sell a home in Tucson as the average days on market are 64 days!

Our inventory is down, new listings are down, and pending contracts are up!
