Don and Kathy Vallee, the core of the Vallee Real Estate Team, have asked me to join them as a Buyer’s Representative.  Being part of the Vallee Team is a marvelous opportunity for me.  Let me explain what I mean when I say I have the Vallee Fever.  Simply put, I’m completely SOLD on the way the Vallee Team approaches Real Estate with true professionalism.  They are a cut above the vast majority of realtors. 

Now don’t get me wrong – my experience is that most realtors are honest and hard-working on behalf of their clients.  But in any professional field there is a small percentage that elevates above the rest.  That describes Don and Kathy Vallee.  In everything they do, they strive to elevate.  Let me illustrate…

• Most realtors attempt to contact other realtors who have shown their listing – sometimes unsuccessfully.  The Vallee Team utilizes an automated system online that acquires detailed feedback via an email questionnaire and communicates that feedback to every seller on every showing.

• The average realtor works primarily in residential real estate.  However, only 4% of the nation’s realtors have attained the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Both Don and Kathy Vallee have earned their CRS designations.
