Seller’s Short Sale Checklist
1. Letter from seller to lender authorizing them to release listing agent & Title company information as requested.
2. Hard ship letter to lender indicating reasons for needing short sale include photo’s of property condition.
3. Short sale application from lender.
4. Seller’s financial statement.
5. Seller’s financial history & monthly budget.
6. Payroll stubs (2 months).
7. State & Federal Tax returns (2 years).
8. IRA—401K summary.
9. Checking & Savings Bank statements (6 months all pages).
10. Credit report (www.annualcreditreport.com).
11. Employment or unemployment benefit status.
12. Medical bills, divorce decree, etc…
13. ,Estimate of repairs.
14. Photos showing current condition.
