Don & Kathy Vallee Real Estate Team: The “Caped Crusaders” of Expert Foreclosure Prevention
Seasoned, local professionals acquire Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) designation
(Tucson, AZ)- August 12– In dire times like these, it is important to remember that “you are not in foreclosure, your house is,” says Kathy Vallee of the Vallee Real Estate Team, serving central Tucson. For many, the inability to maintain the upkeep of a home or meet mortgage payments is a sad reality, causing distressed homeowners to view financial failure as personal failure, as well.
With over 18 years of combined professional experience and community outreach under their belts, Don and Kathy Vallee have consistently offered their best industry expertise to buyers and sellers, alike. Especially now—as Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE)—they are prepared to the max to provide their clients with every advantage in finding their way out of the funk of foreclosure. Think of them as the “caped crusaders” of foreclosure intervention.
With CDPE certification, the Vallee Team continues to invest in business education that will strengthen and support each and every real estate transaction, by maintaining strong marketing plans, business systems and characteristic, outstanding customer service.
Because their ultimate goal is to prevent foreclosure, the Vallee Team succeeds where other uncertified agents unfamiliar with solutions to foreclosure, may fail.
The agents’ commitment began by working with distressed buyers and sellers who were facing foreclosure. “We are real estate agents committed to helping homeowners from foreclosure, by giving them the hope of a dignified solution to their financial crisis,” adds Kathy Vallee. “This can be done through loan modification or short sale—a lender-approved sale for less than the outstanding loan balance, for example.”
Homeowners surrounded by a strong CDPE real estate agent team (including legal and financial referrals), like the Vallees, have the greatest chance of avoiding foreclosure at minimal financial investment to the homeowner.
“We have made a financial and educational commitment to understanding the unique and various needs of distressed homeowners. As real estate professionals, we are one of the few agents in today’s market place who have obtained specific knowledge and applied hands-on experience in helping home owners avoid foreclosure. Your future and peace of mind is our priority,” says Don Vallee.
One of the biggest stressors for homeowners results from lack of information and not knowing what resources are available to them. “There are a lot of misconceptions about short sales versus foreclosure. We may not be able to save every house but we can offer immediate, informed advice to the distressed homeowner, says Kathy.
